Pricing starts around $46,000 for the A4 allroad, which comes in three trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. Highlights of the Premium trim include an adaptive suspension, 18-inch wheels, a power liftgate, curve-adaptive LED headlights, rain-sensing wipers, fog lamps, a panoramic sunroof, and a suite of driver safety technology. The leather-lined interior features heated front seats, a split-folding back seat, keyless entry/start, tri-zone climate control, wood accents, a 10-speaker audio system, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto.

The Premium Plus adds many amenities for about $50,000. It adds notable items like a Virtual Cockpit gauge cluster, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, a hands-free liftgate, parking sensors, a memory driver's seat, and a Bang & Olufsen premium audio system.

The top-shelf Prestige model comes in at around $56,000, delivering a 19-speaker surround-sound system, navigation, a WiFi hotspot, ventilated front seats, and heated rear seats.

Like other Audis, the A4 allroad has one of the best interiors in its class. The trademark style emphasizes premium materials, cutting-edge technology, and user-friendly controls. The A4 allroad is based on a compact sports sedan, so the cabin feels smaller and more close-fitting than in a comparably-priced SUV. The front-seat space is excellent, with great legroom and outward visibility. Things feel a tad snugger in the back seat, with just 35.7 inches of rear legroom. Nonetheless, Audi's soft and supportive seats make it comfortable to ride in for long distances.

Like other Audi models, the A4 allroad has great luxury and tech features. Leather upholstery is standard across the lineup, as are heated front seats, three-zone climate control, and a panoramic sunroof. Upper trims have a heated steering wheel and heated rear seats, furthering this wagon's case as a fantastic winter car. The 10.1-inch infotainment screen is an excellent upgrade from smaller displays of the past, with bright image quality and fast operation. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. The available Bang & Olufsen sound systems are some of the best in the segment.
